Creating characters based on narrative descriptions and references through sketches and detailed concept art

Collaborate with the Art Director and other creative professionals to advance the game’s visual direction

Create detailed original character concepts and related effects along with character skins
What kind of professional are we looking for?

At least 2 years of experience in the gaming industry in a similar role

Proficiency in anatomy and portrait painting

A high level of understanding in design, silhouette, proportions, structure, lighting, posing, color, materials, composition, perspective, and the ability to convey a clear emotional tone

Experience in character development for PC and console games

Passion for and familiarity with games

Portfolio showcasing work that aligns stylistically with our project (Overwatch, Arcane, Valorant) – Ability to take constructive criticism positively and be prepared for iterative work
Nice to have:
