Job Summary: As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at LeewayHertz, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced machine learning models and systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver scalable and robust machine-learning solutions that drive actionable insights. Key Responsibilities : Lead the design, development, and optimization of machine learning models, ensuring they are efficient, accurate, and scalable. Collect, pre-process, and transform data for training and testing machine learning models. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and efficient. Identify and create relevant features to improve model performance and interpretability. Deploy machine learning models into production, working closely with DevOps and software engineering teams. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and apply relevant innovations to projects. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members. Requirements Candidate Required Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering. Proven experience (8+ years) in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments. Strong proficiency in Python programming and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Experience with advanced machine learning techniques and frameworks such as GenAI, LLM, Hugging Face, MultiModel, RAG, indexing, Llama, Langchain, etc. Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision concepts. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
