Responsibilities Job description Overall Experience : 8 to 14 years Relevant Experience : 2 to 4 years Career break : More than 6 months Responsibilities Manage each project s scope and timeline Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Coach team members in Agile frameworks Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur Help teams implement changes effectively Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity Help build a productive environment where team members Required Skills and Qualification Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies. Familiarity with software development Good to have Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
