As a Principal Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Gen AI initiatives by: What You’ll Do Leading the identification and exploration of new and impactful Gen AI applications across various business functions, with a focus on driving tangible business growth. Designing, developing, and implementing innovative Gen AI solutions that address critical business challenges and unlock new opportunities. Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Staying at the forefront of Gen AI research and development, by actively participating in relevant conferences, workshops, and collaborations with the broader AI community. Effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment and buy-in for Gen AI initiatives. Who You Are To be successful in this role, you will possess: Advanced Degree : A Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Experience : Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying production-ready machine learning models. A comprehensive understanding of Gen AI techniques and their applications. Technical Proficiency : Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages. Familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Innovative Mindset : Passion for pushing the boundaries of AI and exploring new methodologies. Business Acumen : Ability to bridge technical concepts with business objectives. Leadership : Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring and guiding junior team members. Preferred Research Contributions : Publications in relevant conferences or journals.
