This person willsupport the brand and generic divisions by providing analysis, calculationsand reporting of data from relevant data sources to drive additional marketaccess, reimbursement support and profitability. This person will measure,develop and validate innovative contract options across all channels ofbusiness, which includes identifying contract trends to drive appropriatebusiness decisions and pull through strategies. This role is also responsiblefor building and maintaining data feeds, some data processing andbuilding/evolving an inventory of standard reports at the national andregional level to lead and direct market access priorities and businessdecisio Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesInsightful leader, with ability to go from data to information toinsights; ideal candidate will couple this ability with an intense curiosityto drive insight leadership ahead of the business.Establish key performance indicators, build performance dashboards,analyze performance, and recommend actions to drive contracting initiativesresulting in growth and profitability.Partner with the Market Access account teams to aid in developingpayor/provider strategies, manage contracts and address account specificcontracting opportunities and collaborate to explore expanded marketopportunities.Develop and validate innovative contract options across all channels thatdrive appropriate brand access, data access, reimbursement support andprofitability across all Tolmar products.Lead market access commercial efforts to develop and maintain unit & revenueforecast assumptions in short- and long-strategic plans. Collaborate with teamto optimize forecast structure, tools, deliverables, and meaningful insights.Become subject matter expert in available business-related data sets formarket access.Assessing market access contract performance, with the goal to beidentification and sharing of business-relevant insights.Assessing market access contract performance, with the goal beingidentification and sharing of business-relevant insights.Calculate, analyze and assist in developing payor contract submission deckfor proposal meetings.Establishes and maintains all report models to generate push reports on aregular basis; this includes the development, deployment, andmaintenance of automated dashboards.Proactively conducts data analysis and financial benefits across all marketaccess including but not limited to payor contracts, patient supportservices and generic growth/opportunity.Has strong market access knowledge, understands payor contracts, pullthrough for contract growth and pricing across all segments of the marketincluding Commercial & Government (Medicare, Medicaid).Experience in data analytics in the buy and bill space as well as pharmacybenefit spacProvides knowledge and guidance to IT and vendor teams responsible for theadministration and support of commercial data repository and analyticssystems.Initiates data transparency and sharing projects through alternate dataplatforms and data visualization tools.Develops and maintains stringent quality control processes that ensure theaccuracy of all reports and information disseminated.Monitors department spending and budget tracking and makes recommendations fordata purchases appropriate for the budget. Assists with special projects asrequired.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesVeteran Excel experience including advanced Excel formulas skills and ExcelMacro Coding and/or Power Query experience.The ideal candidate will have experience in Market Access with bothPharmaceutical and Specialty Pharmaceutical organizations including Buy andBill.Experience in analyzing claims data and compiling into strategic plan,market trends/issues and growth/contract pull through opportunities.Strong experience with modeling market access trends, data and allanalytical needs for the growth of the Tolmar’s products.Experience with modern data visualization solutions is required, with PowerBI expertise being desirable.Ability to work cross-functionally to understand the companies needs andgoals.Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in analytics methodologies anddata management and mining tools.Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain analytical ideas tonon-analytical people.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Advanced analytical and technical skills with proficiency in reportingmethodologies and data management and mining tools.Ability to work with imperfect data and manage ambiguity to bring clarity tobusiness decisions.Ability to work independently on data analyses and combine multiple datasources across multiple views to uncover trends.Ability to independently manage projects and timelines.Self-starter with the ability to build new capabilities and team over time.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree required.Finance knowledge and background required.MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.Must have minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, directlyworking in data-based analytical roles.Direct statistical analysis such as forecasting, data mining, andtargeting preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
