Job Description We are excited to be growing our team and we’re looking for our next Account Executive within the inside sales team. The role of the AE is to qualify inbound & outbound opportunities, generate pipeline, and close business within a defined territory. We are seeking highly motivated and driven sales professionals looking to grow their careers while working as part of a dynamic team. You will produce and qualify leads, book demos, and prep a sale for close by prospecting, qualifying prospective clients through tailored discovery and web demonstrations of our entire suite of physical security solutions. What You’ll Do Respond to inbound customer inquiries (email & phone) in your territory Build positive, trusted relationships with both key influencers and executive-level decision makers within your territory, and become naturals at helping customers realize value from their investment in the Motorola Solutions ecosystem Lead discovery calls and web demos with inbound leads & outbound prospects Manage accounts post-sale to grow account/ensure client satisfaction Strategically work with Channel Sales Team to grow business and achieve quota Utilize SalesForce.com to manage leads/accounts, opportunity pipeline, tasks, and log customer activity Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to effectively target key accounts in your territory. Manage full sales cycle with a strong emphasis on net new business sales Initiate and manage expansion discussions leveraging the Motorola Solutions ecosystem of products and services to drive customer growth and satisfaction We’re Looking For Someone With EDUCATION: BA/BS preferred EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years, SaaS sales experience Possess a strong phone presence and superior communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal).Perseverant; works hard and handles objections well Thrives in a competitive team-oriented environment Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and Dialpad, and possesses the ability to adapt to new technologies Strong organization and administration skills Professional, friendly and positive disposition Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Commitment to company vision, mission and values Willing and able to contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed Energetic, eager to learn, can-do attitude
