Collaborate with diverse, international teams to support thedefinition, review, and analysis of technical requirements for newproduct initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Conduct analyses of business requirements from a technicalperspective and identify relevant tasks along with associatedresource skillsets and effort estimates. Research, analyze, design, develop, and deliver solutions alignedwith business and application development strategies. Design and document both the current and envisioned future state ofbusiness processes, data flows, data transformations, and userinterfaces, enhancing integration and efficiency within Moody\’secosystem. Work closely with various groups within Moody\’s to review projectdependencies and assist in R&D efforts for prototype development,technical architecture discussions, and establish data bestpractices for delivery, transformation, and persistence. Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to the DataSolutions Group\’s offerings, addressing questions and concernsregarding products, data, and technology. Actively promote the Data Solutions Group\’s assets, emphasizingupcoming enhancements to solutions and data, to drive awareness andadoption. Develop and maintain robust relationships across the organization,enabling effective communication and strategic discussions withsenior management and key stakeholders. Requirements and Experience: Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor\’s degree) requiredand graduate/second level degree preferred. Minimum 10 years working for a financial services or techorganization with a focus on software design, development, andintegration. Prior experience in microservices architecture and API development. Familiarity with the constructs of an agile development process,including SCRUM, Unit Testing, Continuous Build and Integration,etc. Ability to effectively partner with a variety of business andtechnical teams and work in a cross-functional setting with remoteteams across time zones. Understanding of data and analytics and can learn quickly in areaswith little prior experience. Experienced in one or more of the following programming Languages:C#, Java, C++, Python Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) a plus. Proficient in data access techniques for both relational and NoSQLdatabases. Strong oral and written communication skills, and an ability tocommunicate complex technical concepts to a wide audience. Problem solver and independent thinker with the ability to createinnovative solutions. Client focused, proactive, and results oriented with an ability tosupport clients across multiple locations. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strongprofessional relationships at all levels. For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range forthis position is \$148,100 – \$243,700, depending on factors such asexperience, education, level, skills, and location.
