About the Role: CrowdStrike is looking for a self-starting, responsible, detailed-oriented, and highly motivated Sr. Intelligence Analyst to join our growing Intelligence Customer Operations team. In this role, you will work as both an advisor and all-source analyst for a single CrowdStrike customer and as a liaison between the customers and other CrowdStrike Intelligence teams. You will provide cyber threat analysis through regular customer briefings, track and fulfill information requests using CrowdStrike Intelligence resources, and relay customer feedback. You will develop a trusted partnership by helping your customer identify and operationalize timely, actionable, and relevant cyber threat intelligence. What You’ll Do: Facilitate high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain ownership of assigned customer accounts. Write intelligence reports and draft briefings for your customers. Advocate on behalf of your customers with the internal Intelligence and engineering teams to improve products and ensure customer’s feedback, feature requests, and overall satisfaction are conveyed and accounted for. Develop an understanding of the customer’s intelligence needs, and provide pro-active reporting and Falcon Intelligence product education to satisfy intelligence requirements and ongoing technical needs. Identify opportunities to increase overall customer satisfaction or streamline internal processes. If you have an understanding of contemporary scripting languages and/or familiarity with application programming interfaces (API) you could use these skills for this endeavor. What You’ll Need: 5+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence or all-source intelligence analysis. Understanding of cyber threat intelligence terminology and data communication concepts and technologies. Willingness to learn new technologies, terminology and processes. Ability to communicate complex topics succinctly to both internal and client-facing executives, management, or operational team members. Must be able to adapt to quickly changing threat environments to meet customer intelligence requirements and demands. Candidates must be based out of the Pacific or Mountain time zones of the United States in order to be considered for this role. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $90,000 – $150,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
