Job Posting Title Data Scientist Principal – Remote Job Description The Principal Data Scientist is an independent analytics professional who produces data-driven insights to make a positive impact on healthcare outcomes. They are responsible for designing and developing processes for analytic code development and optimization for machine learning, predictive modeling, and reporting for complex pharmacy and medical health insurance clinical programs and services (e.g., pharmaceutical manufacturer value based contracts, provider accountable care organization pharmacy metrics, medical policy, utilization management, medication adherence, and medication therapy management [MTM]) and quality metrics (e.g., URAC, HEDIS, PQA, and CMS star measures). This position may have direct supervisory responsibility for entry-level and mid- level analysts/data scientists.
