The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team: Job Summary: The Operations and Supply Chain Data Specialist at RTX plays a pivotal role in honing the precision of our global operations. This position requires a detail-oriented specialist with the ability to distill complex data into strategic insights. Through quantitative analytics, this role will inform senior leadership of opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement. What You Will Do: Execute advanced statistical analysis on supply chain data to predict trends, optimize stock, and enhance operational strategy. Assess the impact of market trends and technological changes, proposing evidence-based strategies for operational improvement. Design and implement robust analytical frameworks to monitor and improve supply chain resilience and sustainability. Innovate approaches to data collection and analysis, ensuring a continuous evolution of analytics capabilities within the supply chain domain. Develop, deploy, and maintain dashboards that distill complex data into actionable intelligence for senior executives. Work diligently alongside focals within the business units (Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, Raytheon) to improve analytics and reporting processes pertaining to supply chain and operations. Support SIOP activities through predictive models for supply and demand planning, contributing to a reduction of inventory cost and improvement of service levels. Support Industry 4.0 technology initiatives and understand how to best leverage those technologies to improve supply chain performance. Remain abreast of global trade policy changes, evaluating the impacts on RTX’s operations and guiding proactive adaptations in the supply chain strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams through the operations council framework to translate data insights into efficient, scalable actions. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires: a University Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain/Operations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Science. Exposure to CORE and Industry 4.0 technologies or equivalent Six Sigma certification Familiarity with SQL, Python, and other technologies relevant to data science and analytics. Hands-on experience with data mining, data exploration, and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI). U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract Travel up to 20% Qualifications Nice to Have: Strong quantitative skills, familiarity with statistical modeling, and forecasting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage executive relationships. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
