Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst interested in learning and becoming a vital player within a rapidly growing company in a very exciting industry. The Sr. FP&A Analyst, reporting to the CFO, will occupy a role within the company’s finance department.

Role Overview
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Utilize both Excel and the DataRails tool to build annual budgets and to update quarterly forecasts
- Interact with the leadership team and the finance team to collect inputs for the budgets and forecasts
- Maintain and expand financial, business, and departmental Key Performance Indicators with leaders across the company
- Update our long-range plans periodically
- Respond to inquiries from leadership and the Board
- Financial Modeling and Analytics
- Work with Product Management to build product profitability and forecast models and pricing analytics
- Work with Controller to expand product and market segmentation and reporting
- Complete unit economic analysis and modeling
- Provide information and analysis to leadership, providing recommendations to support and drive strategic decisions
- Complete various market and ad-hoc analytics
- Corporate Project Management
- Help ensure company objectives are being executed by the leadership team
- Develop progress reports to share with the company
- Support various internal Tiger Teams with reporting and analytics
Job Requirements
- 3-5 Years’ experience in an FP&A role
- Experience utilizing DataRails preferred
- Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- High attention to detail and organization skills are essential
- Experience within SaaS organizations preferred – recurring revenue businesses a requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as finance, engineering, economics, mathematics, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Extremely inquisitive and analytical
