What you can expect:
- Collaboration in the project to introduce new CRM solutions in the SAP S/4HANA cloud environment
- Planning, development and operation of SAP applications, processes, data and system interfaces as well as existing CRM systems
- Front-end development: provision of web-based interfaces and creation of a 360-degree customer view
- IT contact for specialist departments in the field of CRM solutions in B2C and B2B sales
- Support with campaigns and data analysis
- Support with the maintenance of SAP systems as part of upgrades or functional tests

- SAP CRM, SAP S/4Hana Utilities, Customer Engagement Center, CDS-Views, Fiori, SAPUI5, SAP WEBUI, ABAP, Jira
You bring with you:
Junior:
- Prerequisite is a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
- Interest in software development (frontend / backend) and proficiency in at least one programming language
- Initial experience with CRM processes or SAP
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-team project work
- Very good knowledge of German
Senior:
- Several years of experience in the SAP environment with customizing and programming in ABAP
- Experience in the CRM environment (B2C and B2B, sales, opportunities, leads, campaigns) is helpful
- Ideally prior knowledge of SAP, WEBUI, SAPUI5, SAP S/4 Hana, CDS Views
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and project experience
- Very good knowledge of German
