L2/ L3 System administration Support in Linux/Unix handling incident management, Change management, problem management, Service request. Experience in telecommunications /OSS Domain Experience in handling ticketing and communicating with multiple teams Troubleshooting complex Linux and DB issues
What you’ll need to succeed
Advanced Unix/Linux skills Experience with shell/Bash scripting Experience of working with sFTP, FTP,
protocols Experience in network protocols Experience with certificate/patch management Advanced SQL knowledge Knowledge in DB administration Experience with Solaris is advantage
