Our interdisciplinary teams “Zoidberg” and “Farnsworth” build headless web apps for major customers such as Coppenrath & Wiese, KWS Saat, Weidmüller and Meyer Werft.
We use the best SaaS services for CMS, marketing automation, analytics, forms, geolocation, DAM, CRM, mail, etc. and combine these with headless technologies to create a digital experience platform.
We work with the JAMStack architecture and according to the MACH Alliance standard: Microservices based, API-first, Cloud-native SaaS and Headless.

Your tasks
- You will design and develop CMS applications with all conceivable digital touchpoints for our customers.
- To do this, you analyze our customers’ requirements, develop suitable technical concepts and individual extensions or generic interfaces to third-party systems.
- You will work with the content management systems of our partners.
- As a permanent member of one of our two teams, you will work closely with other developers, project management and our customers’ teams.
- You share your knowledge of coding, tools and best practices with your team by engaging in internal tech sessions, CoPs, open spaces and pair programming.
Your strengths
- You have practical experience in the web development of enterprise content management systems with Java.
- You are familiar with HTML, CSS, Javascript/Typescript and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue. Ideally, you are also familiar with design tools, e.g. Figma.
- Ideally, you have already worked with First Spirit DXP and can even provide proof of training with the manufacturer. If not, no problem – we’ll make up for it.
- You have a good command of English.
- You also want to work independently in a cross-functional team that works together both on site in the Bielefeld office and remotely/hybrid.
