Tasks: varied and responsible
- You are a member of the agile DevOps product team, which ensures the further development and smooth operation of our API platforms
- Within your T-Shaped role, you will analyze, design, develop, test and operate solutions with added value for the business and contribute to the automation and optimization of new and existing processes, for example
- You feel comfortable in the environment of Azure, Kubernetes, microservices, Docker, CI/CD, Terraform, PostgreSQL databases, Grafana etc.
- Your focus is on the development of the infrastructure based on Azure, as well as the smooth operation of the entire product (parts on Azure and parts onPremise, e.g. Glassfish, mysql, Apache ESB)
- You bring new technologies, methods, process improvements and solution approaches to your team in a quality-conscious and committed manner
- You document your work results and systems in provided ticketing and knowledge platforms (e.g. Jira) and ensure product transparency and quality
Strengths: professional and personal
- Degree with an IT focus or comparable qualifications
- Experience working in agile teams, ideally in a DevOps environment with a T-Shaped approach Knowledge and demonstrable experience in defining and setting up operational processes, e.g. monitoring, backup and recovery, incident & problem management and setting up the necessary infrastructure in the Azure environment
- Basic knowledge of test specification & automation, infrastructure development in Azure and the operation of applications in the cloud or on-premise
- Knowledge of common tools in the build process (e.g. Jira, maven, GIT / GITLAB, Gradel an advantage)
- Basic understanding and interest in IT architecture and security topics as well as an experienced way of working in short innovation cycles in an agile environment as well as a responsible and independent way of working
- Good written and spoken English skills
