Main responsibilities:
REPORTING:
Manage monthly OPEX reporting, on monthly basis upload the actual data, partnering, contract categorisation, costs monitoring and difference explanation vs. BP incl. data preparation.
Manage monthly Organizational cost (PTE/ BAU), compare BP vs. Actual costs, highlight and comment differences/ modification. Meet regularly with cost center managers and functional managers to review results, explain deviations and request changing.
PLANNING:
Coordinate and prepare the OPEX Planning and Forecasting process, the FTE Planning incl. Organizational cost,
Manage the maintenance of Service catalogue – regular update of services (new services based on the request of service owner), prepare the pricing table, adopt the changes identified during the Planning process and actual costs calculation to the allocation.
CLOSING:
Coordinate, supervise and prepare the annual actual cost calculation, define sources, collect, and prepare inputs to calculate the actual price per service.
Requirements:
University or college degree / Information technology or Economics or Finance or Accounting degree 1-3+ years professional experience in controlling & reporting. 1-year combined experience in Financial and Service support area. (ideally in an international
environment) strong analytical skills, attention to detail,
ability to set priorities and take decisions Good finance and reporting management skills Structured way of thinking, good organizational skills. Initiative-taking with a positive attitude, problem-solving approach. Strong interpersonal-, conflict handling and communication skills both in Hungarian and English
