Your Role:

Windows Server Administration and Deployment:
- Build and install Windows Server software (versions 2012 to 2019).
- Maintain Microsoft and VMware infrastructure.
- Perform system and infrastructure log analyses.
- Identify and resolve potential issues and problems at Level 3.
- Conduct routine audits of systems and software.

Server Design and Management:
- Design server, storage, and backup systems.
- Manage storage systems, including NetApp.

System Maintenance and Optimisation:
- Install patches and configuration changes during after-hours and routine maintenance windows.
- Monitor system performance and health.
- Perform system tuning and optimisations.

Documentation and Technical Support:
- Develop and draft technical documentation.
- Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures related to the network and/or systems supported.
- Utilise PowerShell for administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of Windows Server Administration
- 3–5 years of server hardware experience, physical (blades, towers, and racks) and Virtualized.
- 1–3 years of VMWare administration
- 1–3 years of backup and recovery (files, systems, bare metal or snap)
- Server experience (Windows, Linux), storage (NetApp), optional backup (CommVault)
- Years of IT experience required: 3-6 years
- Fluent English written and verbal skills
