Job Description

Are you an expert in Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies, with a knack for designing and optimizing IT infrastructures? We are seeking a highly skilled M365 Architect to join our dynamic team and drive the implementation, administration, and operation of our cutting-edge IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Microsoft Infrastructure Mastery:  Implement and manage Microsoft Windows Server (2012-2022) and Azure Infrastructure Services, including File, Print, Terminal, Cluster Services, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WVD, and Azure AD.
  • Microsoft 365 Expertise:  Administer and operate Microsoft 365 technologies, such as Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams (including Phone System), Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Office 365 ATP, Conditional Access, Universal Print, Data Loss Prevention, Multi-Factor Authentication, Privileged Identity Management, and Windows Virtual Desktop.
  • Automation & Efficiency:  Develop and standardize workflows using PowerShell scripts to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Process Optimization:  Improve existing processes and tools for managing multi-tenant environments.
  • Customer Integration:  Integrate new customers into our operational processes smoothly and effectively.
  • Strategic Planning:  Contribute to the creation of decision templates, strategic concepts, and service plans.
  • Project Leadership:  Oversee project planning, commissioning, and operational execution to ensure successful delivery.
  • Problem Resolution:  Conduct thorough problem and error analysis to resolve complex system issues.
  • Tool & Workflow Development:  Design and implement supporting tools and workflows to streamline IT operations.
  • Service Assurance:  Develop and monitor measures to ensure service levels and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Portfolio Enhancement:  Collaborate on the continuous development of our service portfolio.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • Experience: Min. 8 years of proven experience in implementing and managing Microsoft and Azure technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in PowerShell scripting, with strong problem-solving abilities in complex system landscapes.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English, with a minimum B2 level in both languages.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to create strategic concepts and decision templates.
