Data Analytics Business Consultant
At MOL Group鈥檚 Digital Factory we are leading the digital transformation of the Group Consumer Services Business Unit, committed to build a competitive edge and deliver business growth with big data, analytics and AI innovations across markets and cultures in Central Europe. As the Data Analytics Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading the further expansion and penetration of our data analytics capabilities and service portfolio in the business, leveraging on the billions of integrated and standardized data points in our central data warehouse. You will be responsible for leading the actionable design and implementation of custom-built advanced analytics tools addressing key business problems and opportunities, and for providing data analysis and business insights to our clients across the Consumer Services Business Unit.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
路 Understand the key business strategies and growth opportunities of Group Consumer Services, based on that define the business needs and translate those into actionable and efficient data analytics solutions and outcomes.
路 Contribute to the development and lead the effective business implementation of the data, reporting, advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions and tools, working in a versatile, agile development squad collaboratively with data analysts, product owners, BI developers, data engineers, data scientists, data architects and business partners.
路 Generate meaningful business and customer insights that drive the business implementation of cutting-edge data analytics solutions across markets and business teams.
路 Engage with the business teams for turning the data-based insights, opportunities and recommendations into action through the relevant business and decision-making processes.
路 Ensure that the applied analytical methods, techniques deliver efficient data solutions and user experience that address the business requirements and deliver quantifiable business growth impact.
路 Perform ad-hoc data analysis and craft impactful reports and visualizations (dashboards, management presentations) and formulate recommendations as appropriate for driving action (preferred dashboarding platform is Microsoft Power BI).
路 Build the capabilities of the business partners to transform the data acumen of the organization and promote data-based decision making in everything we do.
路 Identify gaps and issues with current data landscape, and contribute to the design and the delivery of solutions to resolve them
EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
Education/ licencing/ certification requirements
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree; Master鈥檚 degree is a plus

路 Experience working with big data and AI/ML solutions
路 Knowledge of consumer services, consumer products or retail domain

Experience

路 Familiarity with machine learning and other data science methods is a plus
Language(s)
路 Fluency in English
路 Knowledge of one Central Eastern European language is preferred
IT skills
路 Knowledge of big data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., MS Power BI, Tableau)
路 Professional usage of Microsoft Office
路 Not required, but a plus: knowledge of one or more languages prevalent in data analytics (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
