Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter to join our team. You’ll partner with hiring managers to identify needs, and source top talent for technical roles in supply chain, logistics, garden decoration, and construction. Responsibilities include screening, interviewing, managing the hiring process, and utilizing recruitment methods like social media. Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles for technical roles in the supply chain, logistics, garden decoration, and construction.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitive landscapes to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruiting methods, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Collaborate with the HR team to manage the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and negotiating job offers.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software to manage candidate data and streamline the recruiting process.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events to promote the company and attract top talent.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting. Preferably with a focus on supply chain, logistics, garden decoration, and/or construction.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Experience with ATS and HR software, and proficiency in using social media for recruiting. Experienced working with Talentlyft, BreezyHR, and others is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High level of Emotional Intelligence, excellent interpersonal, problem-solver, and Strategic drive.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing), and able to work across different time zones.
Top Technical Skills of this Role:
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and job requirements in the supply chain, logistics, garden decoration, and construction is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment methods, including social media and job boards
- Experience in conducting effective candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
