WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
One-year intensive development program to gain work experience combined with industry insight as well as to establish and develop professional relationships related to the Base Chemicals business of Mol Group. Provides support in Sales, Business development and Product management of base chemicals.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:
Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics -related field.
Your Personality: Curious, confident, ambitious, proactive, creative, and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems
Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong
Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.
Tech Savvy: Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and a willingness to work in an international environment. SAP and Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
