So what’s the job?
- Creating and revising measurement strategies,
- Designing and managing complete conversion optimization projects focusing on experimentation,
- Implementing complex website measurements,
- Creating complex dashboards and reports,
- Holding training sessions and workshops, mentoring the immediate team and stakeholders.
Requirements
What do we expect from you?
- A professional, data-driven attitude focused on evaluating and crafting conversion-centric digital strategies and experiences to help improve our clients.
- Be an enthusiastic individual with at least 3 years of experience in online analytics tools (preferably Google Analytics), BI tools (such as Looker Studio or similar), and tag management systems (ideally Google Tag Manager).
- You should have experience in conversion rate optimization processes, focusing on A/B/n testing. You are not only a “setuper” but also an analyzer.
- Experience with not just websites, but also mobile applications.
- Deep understanding of the world of digital analytics and online ecosystems, with the ability to turn numbers into business insights.
- Proven ability to negotiate, present, and conduct workshops like a pro in both Hungarian and English.
- A consultantās skill set is also essential: you are proactive, have a strategic perspective, and understand customersā needs through empathy, telepathy, or whatever effective means you employ.
We will be downright stoked if you have…
- Some experience with SQL and Google BigQuery.
- Experience in automation projects.
- Experience in using AI tools (for work, and not for āmake it sound betterā, creating memes or crazy fanfiction).
- Managed the work of colleagues with less experience.
- Worked with cross-divisional and multilingual teams.
- The skillset to pass the Google Analytics certification (we donāt need the certificate, just your skills).
