We are looking for a Media Buyer/Strategist to work closely with our Lead Media Buyer. This role requires a data-driven approach to increase and optimize paid traffic channels, driving more sales across Facebook, Google, YouTube, and TikTok platforms.
Responsibilities
- Finish tasks by given deadlines
- Bring new ideas for scaling, testing, and optimizing accounts based on data
- Create weekly and monthly reports for clients
- Stay on top of new marketing trends through podcasts, YouTube channels, communities, etc.
- Understand the relationship between different marketing pieces and leverage them to drive results

- GTM, GA4, CRO
- Basic coding ability (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Hubspot
- Clickfunnels
- List more tools or things you’re good with, we will take all into consideration

You are:
- Experienced in working with Facebook, Google, and YouTube paid ads for at least 3 years
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
- A highly analytical thinker who thrives on digging into data and coming up with workable ideas
- A team player who is also comfortable working independently
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, driven by achievement
- Receptive to transparent feedback and value self-reflection and growth
- A problem solver with a professional service-oriented attitude, able to navigate challenging situations and find solutions quickly
- Organized, with systems for organization, great attention to detail, and experience tracking sales and related activities
- Full-time role (40 hours/week)
