The Marketing Manager is a key management position for S2 Groupe, LLC.

You will be responsible for leading our Marketing Team by creating launch plans and social content strategies, tracking metrics, and working closely with the project manager, marketing team, and our CEO to ensure tasks are assigned, deadlines are scheduled, and sales goals are met.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Define, develop, and lead content strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives and sales goals, with a specific focus on generating qualified leads and sales calls via program launches, social media campaigns, email marketing, and Selena’s upcoming book launch
  • Have a strong understanding of online marketing and how email, social media, and live events (such as webinars, video series, challenges etc) all work together to create successful campaigns
  • Work with the project manager and marketing strategist to set launch goals and develop a plan for how the team is going to accomplish them
  • Work with the marketing assistant and project manager to create launch timelines, tasks, and deadlines
  • Work with the project manager to analyze marketing data and track metrics such as email stats, social media stats, and lead gen in company spreadsheets and databases to share in weekly reports at team marketing meetings
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the sales teams on potential opportunities, leveraging content and campaigns to support their lead conversion efforts
  • Work with CEO and marketing team to optimize brand strategy, existing funnels, and offers
  • Proactively identify ways to increase to increase brand impact across all channels
  • Consistently update and monitor assigned projects on a daily basis to ensure projects are on track to hit launch deadlinesCreate workflows and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) with step-by-step instructions and screenshots

About you

The ideal candidate must:

  • Have strong communication, writing and verbal skills in English
  • Have 6+ years of experience with digital marketing, social media, and content marketing
  • Have experience (and enthusiasm for) launching high ticket offers or programs with other brands or companies
  • Be excited to learn more and grow with the company
  • Have a strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook
  • Be proficient in Gdrive and GSuite including intermediate to advanced skills with google sheets and Excel
  • Have exceptional organizational skills
  • Be a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines
  • Pride yourself in getting tasks done accurately and efficiently the FIRST time
  • Have an understanding of and ability to quickly learn workflow efficiencies, virtual tech, digital programs, tools, and automations
  • Be able to generate regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and key insights.
  • Conduct post-project analysis to identify areas for improvement and success stories

Experience with technology & tools:

  • Know how to use or are willing to learn Asana, Airtable, Slack and Keap
  • Know how to use and have an advanced understanding of social media marketing tools (external and internal to social platforms)
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other data tracking software for marketing performance metrics is a huge plus
  • Experience with or understanding of Meta ads

What’s in it for you?

This is a full-time, virtual position. The hours for this position are 6am-2pm ET or mid-day to evening CET//EET. We’d love more crossover (our team works 9am-5pm ET) so if you’re a night owl who loves to work late, all the better!

Compensation:

$2400 – $3400 per month based on experience
