About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with German and English language skills to join a new Jooble startup that helps build large-scale advertising campaigns for the biggest players in the job niche in the US and EU markets.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • identify and attract new partners, negotiate terms of cooperation, and categorize generated leads to assess their needs and potential;
  • develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, explore opportunities to expand advertising campaigns, and communicate strategic approaches with partners;
  • track the performance of existing campaigns, and enhance agreements to meet business goals;
  • research new business models, gather valuable insights from industry leaders, and implement innovative strategies.

Your Skills:

  • proficiency in German at a C1 level and English at a B2 level;
  • fluency in Ukrainian;
  • excellent business communication and argumentation skills;
  • strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with statistics, draw conclusions from data, and apply these insights in negotiations;
  • understanding of, or a strong desire to learn, key concepts such as traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, revenue, profit, and ROMI;
  • high productivity, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
