What you’ll do:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to employees
- Manage User tickets ( Jira ) with adherence to SLAs
- Assist in Onboarding and Offboarding procedures
- Install and configure new hardware and software to meet company standards
- Manage company notebooks, workstations and AV equipment ( Mac, Linux, Windows)
- Monitor and support network configuration and performance
- Enhance and document support processes
What you’ll bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk / System Support
- Knowledge of best practices and principles of IT Operations
- Knowledge of SaaS environments (Google Workspace, MS365, Coda, Asana, Jira, Confluence)
- Knowledge of computer networks (Unifi)
- Knowledge of ticketing systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Focus on user satisfaction
- Conversational English (Spoken and written)
