Warsaw-based opportunity with possibility to work partly remote
As a Senior Project Coordinator , you will work for our Client – The EU’s leading bank and key player on the international banking scene, operating in 72 countries. You will join a brand new, state-of-the-art, technology and development Hub created to bring together the strongest players in the IT market. Your mission is to facilitate and ensure the success of transformation projects, whilst striving for the continuous improvement of your team’s project management methodologies and related tools.
Your main responsibilities: integrate and strengthen the Change and Outsourcing Team
- Accountable for delivery of a full range of change management services and TOMs
- Manage Nearshoring Projects end to end within scope
- Build assessment on Target Organizational models
- Develop and analyze Business Cases
- Build Risk Assessments
- Implement Setup Models – IT, HR, SLA, Premises
- Manage Go-Live remediation and produce RAF (Risk Assessment Form) retro documented in terms of Global Banking to the already migrated process to B-INFINIT platform following the model of other RAF CIB ITO clusters
- Manage light retro Go Live concerning Client Engagement and Production transition aiming to present the initiative (retro kick-off) and facilitate delivery of the conditions presented in the RAF documentation
- Prioritize / accelerate and secure delivery of projects’ streams and tasks
- Follow the nearshoring governance, onboard key stakeholders and coordinate their contribution covering the Beneficiary and the Provider sides
- Bring top-down perspective and escalate any transversal issues
- Deliver ongoing initiatives according to nearshoring methodology in the context of the condition’s fulfilment stated in the RAF documentation
- Foster positive change environment across clients’ teams
You’re ideal for the role if you have:
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Expertise in communication with senior stakeholders
- Experience with managing expectations, able to prevent and mitigate conflict of interests, managing stakeholders up to COO (Chief Operating Officer) and CIO
- Accustomed to work in global and disperse team
- Analytical skills
- Previous experience in investment banking, GBS and / or strategy consulting
- Ability to deliver value and products without being constantly monitored
- Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure and to provide practical solutions
- Knowledge of Agile models and tools (iterations, backlog management, retrospectives)
- Fluent English
