Job Function:   

The Consulting family forms part of the Business/Function Consulting track within the IT function. As a Business Analysis Specialist I, the person will collaborate with business units or functional groups to clarify and communicate business requirements, assuring products and services are aligned with business needs.

They will become business or function specialist, can be technology generalists or specialists, providing an array of services such as business process improvement, priority-setting facilitation, project definition or design, and broker IT and contract services. 6+ years of experience in IT, business process, or consulting roles with proven success of project implementations required along with knowledge of practices, policies, and procedures in their area. They will have varied responsibilities with moderately complex problem solving, independent analysis, and decision-making skills including experience in the use of technology in managing a business/function process. In addition, an understanding of how IT affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes and previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement is desirable, involving broad based information systems and utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change.

They will have strong analytical and conceptual skills. They should also be able to lead a small team. The candidate should be fluent in English.

Responsibilities  

  • Coordinate implementations for TMS project / QMS (ETQ Reliance)
  • Coordinate business requirements gathering, configuration and participate to process design sessions. 
  • Create and update functional/business specifications and work with IT technical resources (internal and external) to complete the systems changes and enhancements. 
  • Complete functional testing for system changes and enhancements 
  • Follow up and work in collaboration with Development teams to maintain system customizations and integrations. 
  • Develop and execute testing plans to ensure system stability. 
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation. 
  • Lead or assist key user and end user training. 
  • Manage supporting business process documentation, such as SOPs, work instructions, or process diagrams. 
  • Develop knowledge of best practices, commonly used concepts/methods, and procedures for conducting business analysis
  • Support minor user requests such as ad-hoc reports, data extraction, data analysis using Excel, Teams and PowerBI 

Qualifications   

  • A four-year bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, related discipline. 
  • A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Understand large project implementation and global strategy
  • Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to learn quickly to develop effective working relationships across a diverse team of functional, technical, and business partners
  • Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies. 
  • Experience in managing global setups, services, and implementations. 
  • Systematic, business-oriented approach, receptiveness to new technologies and good communication skills 
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills experienced. 
  • Experience in software development or technical support. 
  • Must be willing to participate in a hybrid workplace with a minimum 2/3 days in the office (Wroclaw, Poland) 
  • Ability to work in a true global environment, with team members in Europe, North America and Asia.
  • Excellent Oral and written communication skills; organizes and presents ideas in a convincing and compelling manner.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence all levels of the organization. 
  • Comfortable in interacting with various stakeholders on different seniority levels remotely. 
  • Fluent English

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Willingness to learn. 
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint 
  • Understanding of data management and data analysis. 
  • Strong Documentation skills, specifically of key analysis deliverables (business/functional/design requirements, use cases) 
  • Profound Technical understanding

Desirable but to be trained (TBC):  

  • TMS – Reliance ETQ QMS Suite
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and regulations. 
  • SQL is a plus
