Job Description A large software and gaming company is looking for a Transactional Campaign Manager to join the Growth team. Youll collaborate with strategic, creative and operations partners to facilitate and implement transactional campaigns across the ecosystem marketing channels. The ideal candidate is communicative, proactive, organized, and comfortable negotiating with stakeholders. This candidate can support the various initiatives happening at once. In this role you will: Be responsible for intake, prioritization and execution of new transactional emails, transactional one time batch and blast campaigns, and updates to existing transactional campaigns Have strong oversight over transactional campaigns in order to help streamline and drive better user experience over the multitude of transactional campaigns a user may receive Ensure privacy and policy adherence – content, audience , cadence for all transactional campaigns. Skills and Requirements 3-5 years in B2C and B2B email marketing Experience with Liquid logic (Braze/Shopify) Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships Hands on experience with HTML, email service providers and content management systems Detailed knowledge of best practices around configuring dynamic content with our tool and data restrictions Exposure to marketing automation channels, concepts and tools Experience working across functional groups including product owners, content strategists and analysis Foundational understanding of customer privacy and permissions regulations (e.g. CCPA, GDPR, COPPA) HTML/CSS experience A passion for games and/or 3D software and technology -Asana -Jira/Confluence null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
