Job Description:
Pay Range $94.18hr – $96.18hr
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implementation of all ServiceNow modules including: ITSM, CMDB, Performance Analytics, Dashboards, Report, Discovery, Orchestration, HR, Legal, Facilities portal
- Customize ServiceNow in the following areas: Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, Service Portal, and API WebHooks.
- Provide advanced support for Service Now by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis for all modules.
- Manage and Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise business systems.
- Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Create test cases and perform system and integration testing with sample and live data.
- Engage with stakeholders across the life cycle of a project including requirements gathering, testing, training and deployment.
- Work with IT managers to generate dashboards and reports.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in a technical field.
- 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- 5+ years of IT experience required in cloud technologies.
- Expertise in 2 + of ServiceNow modules: Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Service Portal, HR Portal.
- Strong JavaScript development experience required.
- Strong experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferably ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- Expertise in Dashboards, Reports, and Workflow customizations.
Project Execution:
- Experience managing lifecycle of projects end to end from requirements gathering to implementation.
- Experience in a complex enterprise application environment with integrations and customizations to support multiple business processes.
