Scope
Based in our Global HQ at Baker Street, the Residential Marketing & Communications team provides support and assistance for Knight Frank offices, in formulating and implementing the relevant strategies and marketing campaigns.
Direct Mail plays an essential role in developing leads for the business, so this is a pivotal role within the Residential Marketing Team. You will be highly skilled at planning and running campaigns and delivering results, insights and recommendations, ideally within direct mail marketing.
Relationship management and influencing skills are a key requirement of this role. It’s important that any potential candidate is comfortable working within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and thrives on daily challenges.
Responsibilities
– Delivery of the annual direct mail marketing programme for the residential service line.
– Cultivate and maintain excellent working internal relationships and channels of communication with key stakeholders, reporting efficiently to the Head of Direct Mail Marketing and identifying synergies and optimising strategy on an ongoing basis.
– Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met, including tactical campaign ROI through reporting.
– Assisting teams with client presentations and pitches through the use of PowerPoint.
– Proactively pitching campaign ideas and ways in which the business can generate additional leads.
– Cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships with external agencies across creative, data and print. Ensuring Knight Frank receives the highest quality and best value from these suppliers.
Professional experience and personal skills profile
– Experience in delivering end-to-end direct marketing campaigns, ideally using the mail channel.
– Previous experience in B2C marketing within commercial or residential real estate (desirable).
– Ability to prioritise and multi-task while managing projects.
– Strong project management/organisational skills.
– Experience of the full creative process (briefing, planning, developing, execution and evaluation).
– Degree in Marketing preferred.

– Confident and articulate; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
– Excellent grammar, spelling and copywriting skills.
– An eye for detail and be very accurate in their work.
