The Role:
Right now, we have a vacancy for a mid-level DevOps Engineer to support our numerous large-scale Research and Innovation Projects in both AI Labs and our globally leading debt collections software. Our core competence in research revolves around AI, data analytics, real-time systems engineering, complex event processing, and large-scale cloud implementations in various sectors such as Security (Physical and Digital), Health, and Creativity . As for our product, it has been serving financial institutions in more than 40 countries.
You will join a multidisciplinary team of Engineers, Data Scientists, and innovation management Experts who excel in driving innovation in software engineering, AI, and data analytics to foster advances in key sectors such as banking, security, health, finance, creativity, and lifelong learning . As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the infrastructure of software solutions to address both everyday problems for individuals and societal challenges.
Requirements
Main duties:
- Building and deploying application code to cloud and on-premises servers through CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborating with software development teams providing infrastructure support
- Ensuring robust, scalable, secure, and cost-efficiency deployments
- Infrastructure management and system administration through maintaining the servers, storage, and networking resources required to host applications
- Collaborating with IT team to troubleshoot issues
- Improving and automating continuous processes and practices
Required Skills:
- BSc degree in Computer Science, (MSc studies will be appreciated)
- Experience of at least two years as a DevOps Engineer
- Proficiency in:
- Git
- Docker
- Shell Scripting
- Strong experience in CI/CD tools such as:
- GitHub Actions
- Ansible
- Terraform
- Experience in Kubernetes
Preferred Skills:
- Strong experience in applications deployment on the cloud platforms:
- AWS
- Azure
- Experience in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana
General skills:
- Excellent knowledge of English language (both verbal & written)
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Team player, self-motivated, constantly seeking new knowledge
