We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining digital records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility, and supporting the overall information management needs of the organization. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency with digital recordkeeping systems, and a strong understanding of data privacy and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digitize and organize physical documents into digital formats.
- Accurately input and update digital records in the company’s electronic records management system.
- Ensure all digital records are stored securely and are easily accessible to authorized personnel.
- Perform regular audits of digital records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Retrieve and provide requested documents to staff and stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information according to company policies and legal regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing digital records management policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of digital records management systems.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize digital records management processes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in digital records management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in information management, library science, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in records management, data entry, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with electronic records management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
