As our Marketing Manager for Food, Beverage & Consumer Goods in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, you will oversee marketing strategies to raise awareness of and create demand for our products and services in these regions. Your role will involve managing various aspects of digital campaign development, including strategy, implementation, and analysis.
Here’s how
- Develop B2B lead-gen strategies: Create inbound and account-based marketing campaigns β including content, digital promotion and events β aligned with the overall business objectives, target audience, and budget considerations
- Manage content calendar and production: Work with agency partners to develop compelling and relevant content to demonstrate thought leadership & educate buyers actively considering SaaS products and services.
- Create digital campaigns to get the right message to the right person at the right time: Develop persuasive campaign concepts, including key messages, value propositions, and unique selling points, tailored to the target audience to reach identified goals. In partnership with Digital Promotions and Product Marketing teams.
- Partner with sales & other regional marketing leads to adapt campaign strategies by market (Americas, EMEA, APAC)
- Manage agency relationships: Manage day-to-day relationship with third-party vendors such as agency of record and freelance copywriters
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with brand guidelines
- Engage trade associations and partners: Build relationships with relevant trade associations and partners to extend the audience and reach for our marketing efforts
- Monitor campaign performance: Track and analyse campaign metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and success of marketing efforts.
- Prepare and present reports to the executive audience.
- Optimise campaign performance: Use data to understand where marketing strategies have fallen short in the past and suggest ways to improve success and drive growth
- Optimise marketing processes: Partner with Marketing Operations lead to refine and document processes for global campaign strategy, execution and measurement
- Conduct market research: Partner with our Insights Team to gather and analyse data to understand consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use these insights to inform campaign strategies
What you bring to the role
- Degree in marketing or equivalent experience
- 7+ Years of experience with B2B campaign and content management
- Ideally, familiarity with CPG technology, especially trade promotion management and retail execution software. We will consider software marketing experience.
- Strong business acumen with experience carrying out global campaign marketing efforts, including strategic planning, market research, project management, and data analysis
- Creative & strategic thinking: ability to anticipate and respond to changing market needs, and generate innovative and compelling content and campaign concepts to engage the target audience
- Must be comfortable with autonomy and able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with extreme attention to detail and organisation skills
- A collaborator who can work cross-functionally β role requires substantial relationship management both internal and external to the business unit
- Exceptionally strong communication skills
- Proven ability to create demand and build nurture programs linked to business goals
- Understanding of campaign planning software and technologies
- Self-starter β able to work independently; anticipates needs and takes initiative
- Analytical β able to quickly synthesise key information and take action to drive results
- Organised β excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Adaptable β comfortable working in a dynamic, quickly evolving environment
