IT Supporter (m/f/d) in the user helpdesk Permanent position, full-time – Cologne Your tasks

  • Accepting, prioritizing, classifying and processing incident reports and other requests to IT via ticket system, telephone and e-mail according to ITIL
  • Supporting the IT contact persons (m/f/d) in schools and with business customers
  • Ensuring trouble-free functionality of all IT systems and software applications in cooperation with 2nd level administration and the other IT teams
  • Deployment and configuration of workstations (Windows), Apple & Android devices
  • Remote management and maintenance of over 100,000 iOS and Android devices
  • Documentation of workarounds and solution approaches in a knowledge database

Your profile

  • You have IT-related vocational training or corresponding proven professional experience
  • You are very familiar with common PC operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Android, iPadOS and standard applications in the MS Windows environment
  • Ideally, you have some experience in user support, support and remote support and have already worked with ticket systems (preferably TANSS)
  • You work just as well independently as in a team and enjoy communicating on the phone
  • You are characterized by a strong customer and service orientation, as well as a structured and careful way of working
  • Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite
