Job Description:
Pay Range: $70 – $80
- Capture business process steps related to the necessary requirements to perform job functions, procedures, workflow, report generation, and end-user data entry within certain modules for the ERP platform.
- Demonstrated expertise to create online adoption courses and deliver in virtual environments to include webinar set-up and facilitation.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating facilitator guides, job-aides and learning guides.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and video communication skills,
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptive within diverse, changing environments.
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service focus.
- Excellent technical skills within the Microsoft Office 365 Suite to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, TEAMS, Planner, Captivate or Camtasia and Outlook.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Education or other related degree.
- 3 years of related experience including responsibilities in training development.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
