We are seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our team and lead data-driven decision-making in our omni-channel marketing initiatives. As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex marketing data, deriving actionable insights, and optimizing omni-channel programs to maximize ROI and customer engagement. Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques and tools to analyze omni-channel marketing data, including digital, offline, and integrated campaigns, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  2. Campaign Performance: Assess the performance of omni-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, and traditional media, to evaluate effectiveness and impact on key metrics.
  3. Customer Journey Analysis: Analyze the customer journey across multiple touchpoints and channels to understand behavior, preferences, and interactions, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  4. Segmentation and Personalization: Leverage data insights to create audience segments, develop personalized messaging strategies, and implement targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with different customer segments.
  5. Omni-Channel Attribution: Develop omni-channel attribution models to accurately attribute conversions and ROI to various marketing channels, informing budget allocation and resource optimization decisions.
  6. Data Visualization: Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations to communicate omni-channel marketing performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders across the organization.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and IT, to align data analytics efforts with business goals and drive strategic initiatives.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in omni-channel marketing and data analytics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the data analytics function.
