Overall the Transition Manager is accountable and responsible for the quality and timeliness of the support transition across several affiliates and the E2E SF support teams, as well as all deliverables and milestones for their respective area as outlined in the overall deployment project plan.
The Opportunity

Coordinate the transition of new support members, groups, and organizations into the E2E SF support setup for the given region.

Identify and manage newly identified transition activities and tasks.

Perform Fit-Gap sessions and collect necessary data for the support organizations’ preparation.

Assist in coordinating testing and hypercare activities during deployment.

Manage internal transition activities within RSS EMEA and the E2E SF support setup.

Ensure adherence to the deployment plan and measure the impact and progress of transition activities.

Identify and coordinate the inclusion of services/processes not covered by the E2E Support Framework into the regional support model and framework.

3-4 years on Customer Experience, and Project Management fields

Demonstrated ability to influence and lead both with and without authority

Ability to provide clear guidance in ambiguous environments

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential. Additional languages a plus, based on region/customer requirements.
