Providence is calling a Payor Contracting Data Analytics, Finance Manager who will:
- Support the local ministry/entity leadership teams
- Serve on local leadership committees as assigned
- Be responsible for financial analysis and modeling in order to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and to propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets
- Develop analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and in increasing efficiencies
- Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders
- Maintain and improve contract pricing models with SQL calculation queries and a Tableau visualization interface
- Develop contract negotiation scenario analysis and track progress with detailed financial impacts
- Collaborate with both the hospital and medical group finance teams to build financial P&L for each payer

Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance related field -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- 5+ years of finance experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Certified Public Accountant, HFMA or FACHE certifications
- Advanced SQL experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
