With a highly integrated team of 400+ experts, for over 20 years C&F has been delivering superior engineering and premium operations to Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the Life Science industry.

We are looking for experienced Azure DevOps Engineer, who will support our global customers mainly in the pharmaceutical and FMCG industry in building an innovative big data products and services.

You will be responsible for:

  • General Azure Platform Engineering including but not limited to
  • provisioning of infrastructure components using Infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform,
  • building Azure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions,
  • migrating applications (code & data),
  • implementing new coding standards,
  • monitoring,
  • document automation processes,
  • Designing DevOps Strategy,
  • Building relationship with the clients,
  • Advising clients and proposing improvements (direct contact with stakeholders).

What you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer,
  • Willingness to learn and openness to new challenges,
  • Infrastructure as a Code principles ( Terraform preferred , but Azure ARM or Bicep is fine),
  • Good understanding of Azure as a platform,
  • Proficient with Git, Git Flow, Azure DevOps,
  • Knowledge of Agile software development project methodologies,
  • Experience in Azure Analytics and DevOps,
  • Ability to work in small, highly technical groups,
  • Very good knowledge of English (and Polish) with the ability to speak but also explain and simplify technical topics for the business,
  • Proactive approach and goal-oriented, problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to work with remote and virtual teams.

Optional:

  • AZ 400 certified
  • Experience with analytics, databases, data systems and client support
  • Understanding of following data services and technologies in Azure: Databricks, Data Lake, Synapse, Azure SQL
  • Willingness to show up at the Warsaw office as needed (customer visits / workshops / integrations / important project periods requiring f2f teamwork)
