The Product Division Service Delivery Team:
In Product Division Service Delivery, we are servicing and supporting some of the largest clients in the global financial sector, in operating their SimCorp Dimension installation with our as-a-service solution.
Our regional delivery teams engage daily with our clients in handling the 24/7 operation of SimCorp Dimension® interfaces, service platform, and environments, including monitoring and management of file systems, operation systems, and virtual machines utilizing SimCorp’s as-a-service operational framework – based upon ITIL.

The Global Delivery Center focuses on Non-Time zone critical operational tasks, maturing the tool stack, and future-oriented projects like automation and self-service portals.

What we value (our requirements):
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with the following experience and competencies:
- Vast track-record in delivering on complex IT Infrastructure requests and/or managed services.
- Familiarity in working with large hosting providers and global (remote) clients.
- Skilled in PowerShell – the ability to script solutions is essential.
- Strong Microsoft Windows knowledge.
- Experience and knowledge in working with Azure Cloud.
- Operational experience with mission-critical software and tools.
- Broad knowledge of IT Infrastructure automation in general.
- ITIL experience/certification.
- Cross-functional team player, ability to communicate, work with solutions in unison with Client, Sales, Product Management, Implementation, and Account Management teams.
- Preferably experienced from a similar role in an international environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Comfortable and resilient working in a dynamic environment.
