We are currently seeking a Program Analyst (Chief Eng & Data) with demonstrated experience in supporting technical, managerial, or operational fields and mature judgement required to interface with external stakeholders and senior government personnel. Work to evaluate and secure cutting-edge technology and engineering capabilities to facilitate modernization efforts and support DoD joint warfighting effortsWork with a team of driven, supportive, and highly skilled professionalsProvide, maintain and curate a library of purpose built and commercial off-the-shelf engineering and data analysis tools, including appropriate documentation, to support detailed data analysisDevelop and maintain a data management and archival system that systematically identifies, stores, and maintain customer technical data, assessment findings and recommendations, and artifacts on the customers Information Technology systemSupport data archival system that are based on off-the-shelf tools and applications that supports efficient data retrieval, analysis, and report generationProvide technical support to review all products for quality and technical accuracy and ensure conclusions and recommendations are substantiated by data and analysisProvide analysis and program management oversight to project execution (deliverables and funding obligation/expenditures) via project tracking tools, periodic (monthly) reports, and financial products and support development of these tools as required.Supportthe development of clear and concise white papers and briefings that document the roles, missions, and functions of the organization and support strategic outreach and messaging within the DoD and to external DoD stakeholdersSupport the development and management of technical and policy initiatives to advance and improve the state of engineering and T&E practice, policy, and techniques.Support the development and updating of engineering, DT&E, and cyber policy and guidance based on experience and lessons learned throughout their efforts providing continuous program engagementTelecommuting or remote available with management discretion. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or other applicable technical or analytical disciplineTen (10) or more years within the specified technical disciplineExperience in supporting technical, managerial, or operational fields and mature judgement required to interface with external stakeholders and senior government personnelExperience in current tools such as TRACTs and Metrics Database toolset Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills are requiredExperience synthesizing vast amounts of complex technical data into management level informationExperience preparing presentations and other visualization forms to communicate results and artifacts to varied audiencesExperience maintaining configuration management on large and complex projects and developing and administering integrated data environments including cloud-based storage approachesExperience in all aspects of technical management, data analysis and management including developing a data management strategy including processes, standards, templates, and reference librariesExperience in training all support staff members and ensure they adhere to processes and standards.Experience in coordinating with the Joint Service Provider to implement their proposed data archival systemAN ACTIVE DOD SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZENMaster’s degree in a scientific or other applicable technical or analytical disciplineExperience interfacing with Joint Staff, Services, and warfighters to coordinate engineering and analysis needs and analytic results is highly desired.#LI-JC1The Aerospace Sciences and Engineering (ASE) Division is based in Cocoa Beach, Fla., with facilities and capabilities in Colorado Springs, Colo., El Segundo, Calif., and Orcutt, Calif.
