What we expect from the star joining us:
– be smart, proactive and intelligent (soft skills after all)
– having communication skill in English (we’re working world-wide, so it’s mandatory, please, take attention to it, B2+)
– having relevant experience in recruiting (can be different, we’re seeking for personality firstly, that is ready to grow)
– knowing how and where find a talent (LinkedIn, Djinni, X-Ray&Boolean search, networking, aliens help, etc.)
– being result-oriented (feel free to organize your processes, just make it work)
Your daily routine will include:
– seeking nice people
– organizing and conducting calls
– communicate with stakeholders to inform them about hiring process and set up calls
– working with CRM system and prepare documentation how it goes with vacancies
Integral part:
– being meme resistant (candidates are such cute and inventive, we should be strong to be objective)
– you know how it’s to have 100+ tabs when you’re a “seeking star” and you easily can find that one between hundreds of them

– team with large expertise people into recruiting and HR that is ready to support you in any situation
– working just with legitimate fields and companies with same values (you can find some in this site)
– possibility to grow through cooperation in team, courses, working with different companies and areas
– having support when it is in need through one message
