Core functions of the digital product management team includes defining product features for our Optum Pharmacy website based on external and internal needs, maintaining a backlog of user stories, working with integrated design and development teams to deliver functionality, developing and maintaining product roadmaps, reporting on product performance, staying abreast of competing products, and communicating with external users and internal stakeholders across the organization.

The Senior Digital Product Manager works closely with leadership from Optum’s experience design, information technology, marketing, operations, and business teams to deliver digital capabilities that ensure an exceptional online experience for OptumRx consumers. As a Senior Digital Product Manager for Optum, you will have the opportunity to work on the highest utilized website within Optum. This role will have product owner responsibilities in an Agile Scrum environment for multiple capabilities that drive customer satisfaction, NPS score, and/or revenue for the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience gathering and documenting user stories or business requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with consumer facing digital products, including websites or mobile applications
  • 3+ years of work experience presenting to internal partners and/or external clients
  • 3+ years of experience with process evaluation and improvement
  • Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Agile methodology
  • Experience working in the healthcare, retail or finance industries
  • Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
