Leading the formal development of intellectual capital within the function and support integration of intellectual capital across multiple functions. Translating the NIS vision and the Security Engineering business strategy and plan by leading or managing others and performing work with a high degree of independence. Influencing others internally or externally through both direct and indirect reports; Building, deploying, and developing teams or projects within a function or across functions; Understanding security technology at an enterprise and solution level; and Leading team to generate a vision for Security Engineering and executing against the overall strategy. Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in security engineering with enterprise security technology including the following areas: Engaging business and technology stakeholders at all levels to gather long term goals and requirements; Mapping long term business requirements to complex security architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, SABSA, Zachman etc.; Influencing others internally or externally through both direct and indirect reports; Designing and building security technology solutions aligned to a global central service environment; Transitioning technology from a local focus to a central technology service organization; Working in a complex, matrix organization; and Working with multiple stakeholders across functional and technical skillsets.
