Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Telecom Engineer with a strong background in field networking and data analytics. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in telecom field networking transformation, data analytics, data science, and geospatial predictive analysis. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize telecom field networking strategies to aid the transformation teams work while enhancing network performance and reliability. Utilize data analytics and data science techniques to extract insights from data and drive informed decision-making. Conduct geospatial predictive analysis to anticipate network demand and optimize resource allocation. Lead/Support telecom field networking transformation initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for network optimization and enhancement. Provide technical expertise and support for telecom field networking projects, troubleshooting complex issues as needed. Job Requirements Details: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
