OVERVIEW Releady is working in collaboration with our Client, a leading identity company, to hire a DevOps Engineer. Embark on a journey to redefine enterprise software alongside a team of passionate engineers dedicated to crafting elegant, scalable solutions. This position sits in the Customer Identity Cloud (CIC) Platform Observability team, and is responsible for the tooling that monitors the Platform, as well as homegrown applications supporting incident management and EngOps, to enhance engineer productivity. Our Client is seeking a DevOps Engineer to develop new features for these homegrown tools, which are built on the Tines no-code platform. RESPONSIBILITIES This position sits in the Customer Identity Cloud (CIC) Platform Observability team, and is responsible for the tooling that monitors the Platform, as well as homegrown applications supporting incident management and EngOps, to enhance engineer productivity. Our Client is seeking a DevOps Engineer to develop new features for these homegrown tools, which are built on the Tines no-code platform. QUALIFICATIONS (Please Read Before Applying) Proven Expertise: Running services in production environments, with a strong focus on high growth and availability. No-Code: Extensive experience with platforms like Tines or Zapier (Tines certification a plus!). Database: Deep understanding of NoSQL databases, particularly DynamoDB. Data Warehouse: Proficient with data warehouses like Snowflake. Cloud: Comfortable managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Coding: Fluent in at least one programming language (e.g., Golang, Python, Node.js). API Ace: Experienced with REST APIs. Incident Response Ready: Well-versed in incident management processes and tools (Statuspage experience a bonus). Terraform: Skilled in infrastructure management using Terraform. Data Visualization: Proficient with data visualization tools like Tableau Tools: 5+ years of software development experience with a background in Go, Java, Python, C++, C or similar languages.
