Your responsibilities, Manage client’s Kaseya Operations Platform;, Resolve escalated helpdesk tickets;, Client onboarding, server and network deployments or migrations, infrastructure guidance to C-suite clients, including design and implementation oversight;, Provide support for various clients and infrastructures (Wi-Fi, network switches, FW’s, servers, network connections, ISP connectivity);, Level 3 support including account and equipment maintenance, setup of user accounts and devices, software/OS upkeep, troubleshooting, deployment of IT assets, ensuring system functionality and efficiency.
5+ years of experience as IT Support Specialist;, Knowledge of O365/M365 (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Defender, etc.), Windows OS, Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Azure Cloud, and Windows Server, VMware/Windows Hyper-v;, Experience in supporting project implementations including server, firewall, email, file migrations, Active Directory, MFA/VPN rollouts, and new business applications;, Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, MAC, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, FIREWALL, NAT, IPS, IDS, RADIUS, and MFA;, Advanced diagnosis and troubleshooting skills of technical issues;, Excellent internal/external customer service skills, proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team;, Excellent English skills.
Optional, Experience in server support, RF scanner support, Android OS, Cisco networking, printer support, and VOIP phone support;, IT certifications such as Microsoft Certifications (Azure, Windows Server, Hyper-V), CSSP, CISM, CISSP, CSSA, CompTIA A+, Project+, Network+.
