Monitor and control infrastructure performance in the areas of response, throughput, and availability Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipment MPLS, VRF, VPN and Internet network services administration Monitors, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves network problems Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks Corporate DNS and DHCP administration Assist in preparation of proposals and solution presentations Present root cause analysis (RCA) for severity 1 incidents Network upgrades, and routine hardware configuration Daily maintenance and problem resolution on the LAN/WAN environment Participate in 24×7 on-call rotation Performs other duties as assigned.
