IT supporter / system administrator (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- On-site IT support and contact person (1st level) for colleagues in the event of faults and queries
- Installation, configuration, commissioning and support of hardware and software
- Network and system administration and monitoring of existing IT systems (PCs, Macs, network, printers) to ensure operability at our Munich site
- Administration of the MS365 / Intune environment
- Coordination of activities with external IT service providers
Your profile:
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable qualification
- At least three years of professional experience in the task environment
- Extensive experience and knowledge of current Microsoft products (MS365 / Azure / Windows Server) and macOS
- In-depth knowledge of the administration of network infrastructures and security technologies
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills and strong service orientation
- Structured way of working and hands-on mentality
- Must-have: very good written and spoken German (level C1)
